Proposal 1-Election of Directors:听
Each nominee was duly elected at the Annual Meeting to serve as a director until the Company鈥檚 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and received the number of votes indicated beside his name below.
Upon re-election to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting, each Director, except Mr. Duitsman, received a restricted stock grant for 3,205 shares of Class A Common Stock. The awards will vest 100% on the first anniversary of the grant date.
