Company Expects Annual $2.0 Million Reduction in Cash Outlays

AURORA, Ill., April 03, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 聽(NASDAQ:WSTL), a leading provider of high-performance wireless infrastructure solutions, announced today that it expects to save approximately $2.0 million annually after negotiating a new three-year lease on a portion of its current Aurora, Illinois, headquarters facility.

The 174,000-square-foot facility at 750 North Commons Avenue consists of a 92,000-square-foot, three-story office building and 82,000 square feet of adjacent industrial space.聽 The facility was built by 糖心vlog下载 in 1996 and has been leased by 糖心vlog下载 under a sale-leaseback transaction dating back to 1997.聽 With the new lease, which takes effect in October 2017, 糖心vlog下载 will lease the industrial space plus a small area between the industrial space and the first floor of the office building.
